Position: Manager Merchandising – Western wear Category (Retail Brand)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 7-15 year

Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree from fashion colleges preferred

Job Purpose- This role will be responsible for managing business on the leading marketing place. You will be managing the sales and brand health on marketplace

Key Deliverables

·         Help optimise sales and profits by ensuring stores and inline operations are stocked with the right product in right quantity

·         Managing store layout plans, pricing products and monitoring the store inventory based on sales

·         Gathering information on market trends, customers buying pattern to make recommendations on promotional strategies to be adopted

·         Budget planning for the business forecasting sales and profits

·         Monitor stock movement in stores/website, warehouse and focus on markdown planning with the key objective to

·         liquidate slow movers and aged inventory

·         Make weekly presentations on overall sales from product range perspective 

·         Regulate trading options and effectively manage in-store fulfilment of assortment plan before season launch

·         Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs etc

Key Skills:

·         Functional knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel

·         Effective Communication skills

·         Strong presentation and decision making skills

·         Effective time management and Learning agility

·         Commercial acumen and Strong Analytical skills
