Key Skill set – Allocation of Stock to stores, Replenishment of Stock, Retail Analysis, Inventory Control

 

 Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

 

·         Product allocation to stores / digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets.

·         Input introductory and minimum build quantities in SAP for replenishments (working within the department stock targets).

·         Product allocation to stores / digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets.

·         Monitoring stock position and maintaining stock norm through the weekly reports.

·         Maximizing sales and sell-through across channels.

·         Analyzing sales to provide reports and proposals for driving future sales.

·         Reviewing the size-wise availability of the catalog and take required actions.

·         Ensuring product listing across digital channels as per catalog

·         Ensuring best use of available merchandise in line with sales trends.

·         Analyzing sales ratios against buying and actual intake ratios to optimize ratio availability; share feedback on sales ratio to influence future orders.

·         Effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, particularly the B&M team.

·         Leverage new systems and processes to optimize business.

·         Sharing and implementing best practices in terms of allocation and providing support as required

 

Key skills required:

·         Good communication & strong interpersonal skills

·         Effective time management and learning agility

·         Proficient in working on Microsoft Office ( Word& Excel )

·         Prior knowledge of inventory management concepts including allocation is desirable
