We are seeking a Business Development Manager
with experience in the US IT domain, specifically in Recruitment Process
Outsourcing (RPO) and managing direct client relationships. As a Business
Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by
generating new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding our
market presence in the US IT sector.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive business
development strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities in
the US IT domain, with a primary focus on RPO and direct client engagements.

Proactively
identify and target potential clients, understanding their IT staffing needs,
and offering tailored solutions to address their requirements.
·
Conduct
thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends,
client demands, and emerging opportunities.
·
Deliver impactful and persuasive sales
presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our
services.
·
Collaborate with the team to create compelling
and customized proposals that align with clients specific needs and objectives.
·
Build and nurture long-term relationships with
existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying cross-selling
and up-selling opportunities.
·
Lead negotiations with potential clients to
secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring successful deal closures.
·
Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts to
senior management, keeping them informed of progress and potential challenges.
·
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics,
implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
·
Represent the company at industry events,
conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company network and
brand presence.
·
Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to align
strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.
Skills Required:

BD Experience in US IT Staffing Industry
·
Ability
to work independently & multi
task in fast paced environment.
·
Thorough understanding of Implementation
Partners / Tier-1/ Prime Vendor Sales Process
·
Should have active clients at Tier-1/ Prime
Vendor level
·
Good command on full life Sales / Recruitment
Cycle in US Staffing
·
Proven Track record in US IT Staffing Industry
·
Excellent communication skill
