Roles & Responsibilities

·         Experience in Complete Recruitment Lifecycle including sourcing/ screening profiles through database, Social Networking site and job portals.

·         Experience in recruiting candidates for Contract, Contract to Hire (C2H) & Permanent role.

·         Vendor Management, Client Handling

·         Possess effective strategic thinking, negotiation, sourcing and problem-solving skills

·         Recruitment coordination (setup interview, candidate tracking/follow-up, follow-up for the feedback, warm-up call, etc.)

·         Coordinating with candidates and hiring panel for seamless execution of interview process

·         Offers Closure collect and validate candidates documents, offer discussion and negotiations, secure necessary approvals, and release offer letters.

·         Candidate/Employee database management

·         Should be multitasking.
