Software Support Engineer
Roles and Responsibility:
 Provide Technical Support to Software Users
 Maintain and monitor all server-side software to ensure that it is working properly.
 Provide end-user support for existing applications.
 Develop client specific scripts and scripts to streamline operational tasks
 Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
 Troubleshooting performance issues related to applications and database.
 Ability to analyze abstract problems and provide solutions
 Problem Solve and Troubleshoot
 Identifying and resolving technical issues
Required Skills: -
• Candidate must have fluent in English.
• Listening ability and patience
• Candidate must have IT background with good technical skill
• Ability to understand and grasp software products
• Should have knowledge of SQL
