Position: Branding & Marketing Incharge (Laminates/Plywood industry)

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Increase brand awareness and recall by preparing and executing the annual branding and marketing strategy including but not limited to in shop POPs, dealer schemes, carpenter loyalty program, carpenter meets, magazine adverts, point of sale branding, flex and hoardings, radio ads etc.

2. Manage Social Media Marketing, SEO, and whatsapp marketing with the help of an agency.

3. Coordinate with the sales team for proper execution of marketing.

4. Conduct 5-6 days market visits per month for research purposes.

5. Bridge the gap between the requirements of the market and the offerings of the company so as to improve customer satisfaction

6. Plan marketing activities and communications at exhibitions, dealer meets, etc.

7. Design the dealer schemes and carpenter loyalty gifts along with other trade schemes

8. Report to directors and help in marketing MIS

Skills required:

1. Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6 yrs of experience in Trade marketing and BTL activities

2. Be comfortable with software use such as sales team CRM, and loyalty program apps

3. Be comfortable with executing maximum marketing efforts within the marketing budget

3. Be comfortable with written English
