• Graduation With 3-5 years of experience in core sales. Experience in real estate will be be preferred but not a necessity
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent hold on English as a language
• Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
• Team Handling
• Lead and manage a team of real estate closing professionals.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
• Ensure team productivity and adherence to best practices.
• Closing Coordination:
• Oversee the end-to-end real estate transaction closing process.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for closing.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth closing.
