Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead our leather and non-leather fashion handbag division. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing high-performing teams, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

    - Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company objectives.

    - Conduct market research and analyze trends.

 

2. Team Leadership:

    - Manage and mentor 5-6 senior merchandisers and their subordinates.

    - Foster collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

 

3. Buyer and Internal Communications:

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and internal stakeholders.

    - Ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

 

4. Product Development:

    - Oversee product design, development, and production.

    - Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

 

5. Financial Management:

    - Monitor sales, margins, and inventory.

    - Optimize profitability and minimize losses.

 

Requirements:

·         10-15 years of merchandising management experience in leather and non-leather fashion handbags.

·         Proven leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

·         Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.

·         Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CMP).

·         Experience with ERP systems and merchandising software.
