i.  Manage stock record of Raw Material, Semi Finished and finished goods

ii.  Prepare PO for required material, get it approved and send it to the supplier

iii.  Follow up for delivery of RM

iv.  Receive RM against PO, ensure that all the gate entries and documents are proper for the incoming material

v.  Store the material at a designated place in the store

vi.  Issue RM to production floor based on the production order

vii Receive  semi finish and finished products and maintain them at allocated location

viii. Maintain dispatch schedule

ix.   Order packing of the finished goods as per the dispatch plan

x.  Schedule vehicles for dispatch and prepare necessary documents

xi.  Get vehicle loaded for dispatch

xii.  Confirm receipt at the consignee end

xiii. Submit stock and dispatch status report to the directors

xiv.  Carryout periodical stock take
