i. Maintain calendar of directors
ii. Do travel and stay arrangement for directors when they are traveling outstation
iii. Communicate with clients, suppliers and employees as per the instructions of directors 
iv. Follow up with employees for the task given by directors
v. Prepare summary of daily reports and share it with respective directors
vi. Keep the information organized

Key Skill:
Communicate with clients, Follow up, must be good with MS-Office suit.
