Qualification - B.Tech Electrical / M.Tech Electrical
Experience - 7 to 20 year
JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATIONS -BUSINESS MANAGER
1-Management of branch operations –
5-Customer management –to ensure that we have satisfied customers and no complaints
6-Increase customer base from (existing) 45 customers to 90 customers over a 90 day period
7-Conduct a minimum of 25 – 30 health check-ups a month
8-Increase monthly sale (other than repair) from the current Rs. 6.5 lacs per month to Rs. 15 lacs per month over the rest of the year i.e. until March 2018. These nos. will be revised from April 2018
9-Build and lead a team of 3 – 4 skilled technicians
P & L responsibility of the branch. Returns expected – minimum 20% net
10-Candidate should be a Electrical Engineer with Min. 7-20 years experience in transformer industry. Salary will be based on candidate.
