Profile - Back Office Executive

Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Job Description-

1-Handling emails & Respond to customer in English language

2-Planning training by coordinating with internal employees

3-Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.

4-Reduce customer issues

5-Handle outbound calls in English Language

6-Voice ascent should be US/UK

7-Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
