Profile - HR Compliance Executive

Salary - 20K to 25K

Location - Sector-25, Faridabad

Industry - Textile

Qualification - MBA

Experience - 3 to 8 Years

JD & Skills-

1-Coordinate with the compliance partner & legal team to ensure adherence to all statutory legal requirements at state & country level

2-Good understanding of statutory employment & labour laws at state & local level

3-Worked with a compliance partner to drive necessary HR compliance

4-Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills

5-Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT

6-Partner with all functions of HR to ensure data & process integrity

7-Prepare reports regarding compliance operations and progress

8-Payroll management as well ensuring Compliance of all HR related laws.

9-Handling compliance BSCI ,ETI C-TPAT,ISO 9000 Technical Audits

10-Ensuring compliance with Companies/Buyers Code of Conduct and other required international labor, social, health and safety, environmental regulations and/or standards
