Profile - Rotary Shift Incharge (fabric Dyeing)
Salary - 45K to 50K

Qualification - B.Tech/B.E. - Textile, Diploma / M.Tech/M.E.
Experience - 5 to 10 years

Candidate must have 5-10 years experience in Fabric Dyeing as a Shift Incharge specifically in Textiles industry and having manpower handling skills.

1- To execute the plan machine wise and to make ensure that it is achieved.
2- Allocate manpower on machines according to their skill and requirement.
3- Take round and check housekeeping status give instruction to workers if any abnormality.
4- Decide suitable machine according to quality of fabric and process to be run.
5- Co-ordinate with Dyeing Lab to ensure all recipe ready before start the shift.
6- Ensure machine maintenance if any abnormality inform to maintenance department, Create EWR.
7- Ensure dyes and chemical availability as per requirement.
8-To ensure dyes & chemicals placing and labeling properly.
9- Verify dyes & chemicals consumption report check the deviation in system and physically.
10- To cross check Greige Fabric quality, Rope size & Quantity before start dyeing.
11- Ensure shade matching and colour fastness should be ok before unloading.
12- To take ownership for the quality of Dyeing and its on time delivery.
13- Co-Ordinate with quality inspection for dyeing quality report of every lot and make action plan if any problem arise.
14- Ensure implement and maintain 5S in the Office and Floor.
