HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter/ IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Salary: 15K to 20 K

Job Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

·         Must have experience with Naukri.com portal

·         Sourcing resumes through various job portals, social media and contacts

·         Review and understand  job requirements

·         Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met

·         Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position

·         Must be well versed with end to end IT and all levels of recruitment process

·         Networking, build relationship with candidates, speak to them on regular basis

·         Sharing daily work status report

Candidate Profile: 

·         Good written and verbal communication skill

·         Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc)

·         Ability to build strong relationships

·         Self-confidence and self starter
