Qualification - B.Sc / GNM
Experience - 8 to 15 years

Job Description-

1-To provide exceptional patient service in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the centre of all job responsibility.
2-Ensure every patient attending the hospital will be provided with the highest standard of service in terms of courtesy, kindness, efficiency & effectiveness.
3-Coordination and management activities in department & hospital Ensure for quality of service
4-Manage patient responsibility of patient from admission to discharge Achievement of committed / promised results to clients
5-Managed in such a manner that it does not affect smooth running of the hospitals conflicts management
6-counselling and briefing of patient and attendants from time to time
7-To execute the multi taking and inter department responsibility assigned by the management Act as a bridge between client and hospital
