Telesales/Telecalling Executive

We are looking for Female Tele Sales Caller for our company York Scientific Industries Pvt. Ltd. We are leading manufacturer of all laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Enter and update customer information in the database
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Required Experience and Qualifications

• Must have experience of 05 years
• Proven experience as telesales representative
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Should be well versed with Excel
• Must have good written skills as well
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Must be Graduate
• Experience with Medical Laboratory Equipment would be an advantag
