Position: Maintenance Manager/ Estate Manager

• responsible for all maintenance work like electricity, mechanical, civil,
• Maintenance , Security and Facility of entire farmhouse
• Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Chiller plant, Lift, Mechanical work,
• Handling of Electrical load, analysis of electrical consumption, maintenance of power consumption report
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Work
  
• Experience in hospitality industry prefer (Prefer experience of farmhouse)
• atleast 10 year experience in same.
