Profile - Customer Relationship Manager
Salary - 15K to 19K

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 2 to 6 years

JD -
1-Confirm delivery schedule to client regarding their ordered material
2-Inform to client regarding delay in delivery of ordered material (If any)
3-Follow-up with client to place the vehicle at plant as per agreed terms
4-Send Proforma Invoice to client.
5-Ask for payment, as per payment terms as agreed
6-Provide documents (dispatch documents) to client (MTC/Invoice/Delivery Challan/E-Way Bill etc.)
7-Reply mail to client for their questions, clarification / information, consider an order, or any assistance at all
8-Get Feedback from Client (Testimonial + Positive Google Review)
