Position: Legal Officer (Banking/Finance)

Location: Udyog vihar phase-1, Gurgaon

Experience: 2-5 year

Salary: 20-30k

Qualification: LLB

·         candidate having experience in Loan/banking prefer

·         Drafting and review of lending contracts and related facility agreements, security documents, guarantees etc. for both secured and unsecured lending to MSME/SME/Retail customers

·         Drafting of Tie- Up Agreements, Warehouse Receipt finance Agreement, Commodity Finance Agreement, Documentation for Corporate and Retail lending under Agri Finance

·         Support in negotiation, drafting, amendment and closure of Service Providers Agreements/Letters and related contracts

·         Candidate should have good understanding on various aspects of banking and e-Commerce industry, digital contracts, fin-tech

·         candidate must have good communication skill, presentable
