·         Managing a team of customer service officer

·         Supervise monitor and groom executives with product / process / Communication

·         Drive agendas through the team to achieve the organizational goals

·         Proactively share and analyse reports to bring in a change in the ways of working.

·         Reporting as per requirements, suggest changes in approach.

·         Understanding of Data and make reports for the management in his/her area of work.
