- Manage and oversee the recruitment for all vacant positions with our clients.
- Act as a point of contact for all assigned clients, cultivate relationships with them and coordinate with them on a daily basis.
- Organizing and attending client meetings so as to discuss the different job openings. This will also help the recruitment manager understand the work culture of our client in detail.
- Develop a candidate pipeline by discovering the untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. social media, professional networking, etc.)
- Creating and monitoring the job postings.
- Conducting the final round of interviews and deciding if a candidate would be the right fit for the client.
- Fulfilling the mandates in a timely and effecient manner.
- Will be actively involved in the salary negotiations or any escalations (if any)
