Backend developer - Node.JS

Position: Backend Developer (Node.JS)

We are looking for primarily backend (NodeJs) Engineers who have experience in frontend development as well making them fit for a full stack developer role. The candidate should have the ability to lead teams and make decisions on its own. 

Requirements:

1. Must have 4+ years of experience in Backend development, primarily NodeJs. 
2. Must have 1+ years of experience in frontend development using either Angular/React/Vue.
3. Must have delivered a couple of decent size projects into production. 
4. Must have experience in creating UI using HTML & CSS.
5. Happy and most comfortable working with Javascript as well as Typescript.
6. Must have strong knowledge of Relational Databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
7. Must have the ability to design solutions based on user requirements. 
8. Should have experience with Software Design Patterns, CI/CD pipelines and TDD.
9. Should have a mindset to write readable, maintainable and scalable code. 

The icing on the Cake:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead a decision-making process.
2. Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for managing the application lifecycle. 
3. Working experience with Scrum methodology. 
4. Exposure to maintaining code quality using various tools and guidelines.
