Job description

·         Study the sampling & production processes and assist to improve the processes.

·         Undertake appropriate time study, for each design and calculate the man power require executing the production.

·         Production plan

·         Cost saving in production processes.

·         Minimize wastages in production.

·         Design layout plan for new factory and assist to execute the same.

·         Study the complete movement of goods in the entire production processes and suggest minimizing the wasteful movement.

·         Must have planned multiple styles (60-80) with smaller quantities like 20-500 pcs.

·         Good with advanced excel / Google sheet / formulas etc.

·         Checking Daily WIP/ production output and presenting to management,

·         Alarming any delays / problems in production and get the solutions done.
