Job Description:

Position: Wholesale Shop Manager / Branch manager (laminates / sunmica)

Location: Paharganj, Delhi

Experience: 5-10 year

Salary: 20-30k

Industry: Manufacturing

Qualification: Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities -

·         Manage a team of 1 supervisor & 6-7 labour staff to ensure smooth functioning of shop

·         Drive sales with the help of a dedicated marketing staff

·         Exhibit customer orientation and grow relations with dealers by providing timely delivery of products, and grievance redressal

·         Inventory management and issuing orders to the factory for supply of goods. Coordinate with the dispatch team of factory to ensure timely delivery of material

·         Maintain Petty Cash

·         Conduct daily, weekly & monthly payment collection follow ups and debtor & creditor account reconciliation

·         Maintain books of accounts with the assistance of a data entry personnel and reconcile party accounts in a timely manner

·         Conduct monthly market visits along with marketing staff in the territory and identify new sales opportunities and carry out required follow up for ensuring sale

·         Meet sales targets set by the company

·         Handle complaints (if any) and ensure proper feedback

·         Conduct bi-weekly & monthly meetings with company to ensure targets are met

Experience - 

The Candidate should:

·         Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6 yrs of experience in managing a wholesale shop (prefered if in laminates / sunmica industry)

·         Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning

·         Be comfortable with written English
