Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Experience: 1-10 year

·         Very Smart, dynamic & confident individual

·         Very good communication skills - both written & spoken English

·         With a good understanding of the locations- geography & corporate hubs as much as possible

·         Preferably with Experience in corporate sales for atleast 2-4 years and team handling experience

·         Preferred industries - banking, FMCG, Pharma but open to all Industry

·         Primary role will be to create an in-road into the corporates, so individual with a very good personality to impress and get appointments. There will be some training on the products. Also the City Heads will take over after appointments are taken, so needn't be 100% on the product. However, present ability is prime.

·         To empanel good quality & premium corporate for banking requirement, with a primary focus on its employees salary account

·         Maintain & Engage with signed up corporate for business improvement & development

·         People Management- Handle a small team of Relationship Officers and get them to perform and deliver at their best

·         Cross-Product penetration, ability to engage with corporate & its employees for other product cross-sell such as- Credit Card, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Investments, etc
