Job Description:

Position: Area Sales Manager (laminates / sunmica)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5-10 year

Salary: Negotiable

Qualification: Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities-

·         Working in the retailer / dealer / contractor network of the company distributors in various markets

·         If needed, place order in the factory under the guidance of the distributor and conduct regular follow ups to ensure timely delivery and service to customers.

·         Conduct recce in the territory and identify new sales opportunities and carry out required follow up for ensuring sale

·         Meet sales targets set by the company and distributor

·         Handle complaints (if any) and ensure proper feedback

·         Act as the company representative in the market and gather key marketing information like current schemes, new launches, running designs, etc.

·         Conduct weekly meetings with distributor and company to ensure meeting targets

Experience - 

The Candidate should:

·         Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6yrs of experience in laminates / sunmica

·         Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning

·         Be comfortable with written English
