We are looking for hard working individuals who are fluent in spoken English along with decent written communication skills for inbound sales. This process requires the candidates to handle international customers.

Job Responsibility  

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with international clients on chat and phone calls.  

Ability to follow up with the potential customers on chat or phone calls.

Strong selling skills with good knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Ability for upselling and cross selling products and services, wherever required.

Skills & Experience Requirement  

·         Should have minimum 6 months of experience in International Inbound, Blended process.

·         Good Typing Speed
