Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide Technical Support to Software Users
• Maintain and monitor all server-side software to ensure that it is working properly. 
• Provide end-user support for existing applications. 
• Develop client-specific scripts and scripts to streamline operational tasks 
• Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
• Troubleshooting performance issues related to applications and databases.
• Ability to analyze abstract problems and provide solutions
• Problem Solve and Troubleshoot
• Identifying and resolving technical issues

Required Skills: -

• Candidate must have fluent in English.
• Listening ability and patience
• Candidate must have IT background with good technical skill
• Ability to understand and grasp software products
• Should have knowledge of SQL
