Product/Garment Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate the end-to-end product development cycle from concept to production handover.

·        Collaborate with designers and sourcing teams to create commercially viable and cost-effective products.

·        Manage fabric and trim sourcing, approvals, and sample development timelines.

·        Liaise with mills, suppliers, and garment factories to streamline development and production activities.

·        Ensure timely procurement of materials and manage T&A (Time & Action) calendars for all stages.

·        Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times to meet brand and margin goals.

·        Generate purchase orders and monitor the production pipeline from sampling through to shipment.

·        Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality standards in bulk production.

·        Proactively resolve production issues and ensure timely order deliveries.

·        Maintain updated development sheets, costing files, order trackers, and shipment logs.

·        Prepare and share weekly progress reports on development, order placement, and delivery status.

·        Work cross-functionally with design, e-commerce, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflows.
