Wall Panels, Construction Materials, Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete, Tiles,
UPVC/Aluminium, Drywall, Plywood, Paints

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales
Manager with a strong background in the Building Materials industry,
specifically AAC Blocks and Wall Panels. The ideal candidate should have
established relationships with builders, architects, interior designers,
contractors, and should be well-versed in project sales, B2B sales, channel
development, and key account management.
The role involves generating new business, managing key
accounts, driving revenue growth, building long-term relationships, and
ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Business
Development & Market Expansion
·
Identify new business opportunities in the real
estate, infrastructure, and commercial project segments.
·
Generate leads through builder networks,
architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and project sales
channels.
·
Conduct market research to understand local
construction trends and competitor activities.
2. Project Sales /
B2B Sales
·
Drive sales for AAC blocks, wall panels, and
other related building materials.
·
Build strong relationships with builders,
developers, EPC companies, PMCs, architects, contractors, and interior
designers.
·
Manage and track ongoing project pipelines from
inquiry to order closure.
3. Channel &
Distributor Management
·
Appoint and manage distributors/dealers where
required.
·
Support channel partners and ensure product
availability and brand visibility.
4. Key Account
Management
·
Maintain long-term relationships with major
accounts and drive repeat business.
·
Understand customer requirements, propose
solutions, and ensure timely product delivery.
5. Sales Planning
& Target Achievement
·
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
plans.
·
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning
and disciplined execution.
·
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and
competitor analysis.
6. Technical &
Product Knowledge
·
Explain technical specifications, product
benefits, and installation processes to clients.
·
Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and
presentations.
7. Coordination
& Customer Support
·
Coordinate with production, logistics, and
dispatch teams for timely order execution.
·
Resolve customer issues related to delivery,
quality, and payments.
Required Skills
& Competencies
·
Strong knowledge of building materials industry,
especially AAC blocks, Power Tools, Fire Safety Product or wall panels.
·
Excellent network with builders, architects,
interior designers, contractors, consultants, and project sales.
·
Strong negotiation, communication, and
presentation skills.
·
Ability to manage large accounts and high-value
project sales.
·
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge
preferred.
·
Target-driven, self-motivated, and
result-oriented.
