Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Laminates / Sunmica)

Locations: Ranchi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Patna, Lucknow, Indore, Bhopal, Delhi, Aligarh, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Jalandhar
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Mandatory: Laminates / Sunmica industry only)
Industry: Laminates / Sunmica / Decorative Panels
Function: Channel Sales / Dealer–Distributor Management

 

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) from the Laminates / Sunmica industry. The candidate must have a proven track record in channel sales, distributor development, dealer network expansion, and retail market penetration in their respective region.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Sales & Distribution Management

·         Manage and grow the regional dealer and distributor network.

·         Appoint new distributors and ensure market coverage.

·         Develop channel partners and drive secondary sales.

·         Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong retail presence.

 

2. Business Development & Market Growth

·         Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.

·         Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

·         Map competition activities and implement growth strategies.

·         Conduct product demos, retail activation, and branding initiatives.

 

3. Relationship Management

·         Maintain strong relations with architects, interior designers, carpenters, and contractors.

·         Support distributors with stock planning, schemes, and promotional strategies.

·         Resolve channel conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

·         Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

·         Track performance metrics: primary/secondary sales, collection, credit control.

·         Share regular market intelligence reports with leadership.

 

5. Team Coordination

·         Coordinate with internal teams: logistics, accounts, marketing, and customer support.

·         Support field executives and ensure productivity across regions.
