About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ecommerce Manager for a Home Decor brand. The candidate must have strong experience in managing ecommerce operations for Fashion, Lifestyle, Home Decor, or Luxury product categories. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in the Amazon ecosystem, including Amazon PI, marketplace management, online sales growth, and digital product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete ecommerce operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Handle Amazon Seller Central and optimize overall marketplace performance.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon PI (Product Intelligence / Performance Insights).
• Plan and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.
• Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for banners, campaigns, and product content.
• Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
• Optimize SEO keywords, product descriptions, and marketplace ads.
• Handle order management, returns, customer reviews, and seller ratings.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and performance dashboards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Amazon ecosystem and marketplace management
• Knowledge of Amazon PI, Amazon Ads, and seller analytics
