About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Merchandiser for a reputed Hardgoods Export House in Noida. The candidate must have strong experience in handling hardgoods products and should have worked with TJX buyers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and client handling skills with complete knowledge of merchandising and export processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete merchandising activities for hardgoods export orders.
• Coordinate with international buyers, especially TJX buyers, for product development and order execution.
• Manage product sourcing, sampling, costing, and production follow-ups.
• Ensure timely execution of orders from development to shipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, factories, quality teams, and logistics departments.
• Monitor production status and maintain delivery timelines.
• Handle buyer communication regarding approvals, order updates, and shipment schedules.
• Ensure product quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
• Prepare merchandising reports, order sheets, and production trackers.
• Resolve production and shipment-related issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Hardgoods Export House
• Experience working with TJX buyers is mandatory
• Knowledge of product development and merchandising processes
• Vendor management and production coordination
• Sampling, costing, and order execution knowledge
• Export documentation and shipment coordination
• Good communication and negotiation skills
