Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager for a premium fine jewelry designer retail store located in South Delhi and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury/fine jewelry retail sales, team handling, and customer relationship management with an excellent understanding of high-end clientele and luxury sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Handle high-value customers and deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team for target achievement and customer service excellence.
• Ensure proper product presentation, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Manage inventory coordination, stock audits, and product movement.
• Handle customer queries, after-sales service, and complaint resolution professionally.
• Coordinate with management for promotional activities, exhibitions, and client events.
• Prepare daily sales reports, team performance reports, and store MIS.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in fine jewelry, diamond jewelry, or luxury retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client servicing and relationship-building abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of bridal jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, and luxury products preferred.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory, and CRM practices.
• Well-groomed personality with a polished and professional approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales management.
• Experience working with designer jewelry brands or premium jewelry boutiques preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Customer-focused with strong luxury sales acumen.
