- Screening & Short listing Relevant candidates profiles from portals, existing Database, headhunting and cold calling.
- Ensuring Accuracy of the profile shared.
- Scheduling Interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up post interviews
- Ensuring candidate joining.
- Salary Negotiation with selected candidates
- Meeting revenue target.
